It was established in 2014 with it’s two directors Mrs. Thobile Pearl Bhengu and Mrs. Jenny Faith Rajagopal.

Is a qualified Attorney with wide ranging experience spanning over a period of 22 years post admission. He holds BA Law and LLB degrees from the UKZN. Started his career as a Professional Assistant in 2006.He started his own practice in 2007 specialising in Commercial litigation. He specialised in legal drafting. He has represented clients locally and abroad focusing on drafting and vetting legal instruments.
He has developed interest within the financial sector where he represents international investors for projects including mining and infrastructure development. He has experience both in the private and public sector. He mentors young legal professionals.
He also has vast experience in Labour law. He's currently a Commissioner for Department of Labour in dispute over Compensation as a results of injuries on duty.
He's been acting as a Civil Magistrate since 2017 to date. He has recently been appointed as an incumbent acting Judge of the labour court to commence in July 2024.
Jenny Rajagopal is an admitted attorney with rights of appearance in the High Court. She has 17 years of combined experience in the legal field. She specialises in criminal and civil litigation. She also deals with labour and family law disputes. Jenny also boasts boardrooms experience having represented various corporate entities in negotiating commercial transactions. Flowing from this experience, she also sits in various panels of mediation and arbitration.
Under her wing and over the years she has mentored and trained Candidates attorneys who have gone to work in both the public and private sector.
Justin William Young is an admitted attorney with 17 years combined interest in the legal field. He has practise criminal and civil litigation but now specializes in debt review and administration work. He specialises in Debt restructuring, Insolvency and Collection matters.
